REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

REFUNDS 

Our return policy is available for 15 days once your order has been received. If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Earrings are not able to be returned. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same unused condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are accepted and declined at our discretion. Order number must be included in the return.

If you would like to return your item, please email us at info@thetumbleweedtrail.com. Include the order number and tracking number in the email. Let us know why you are wanting a return, so that we are aware of the incoming package. Returns will not be accepted if above directions are not followed. 

Shipping cost are non-refundable. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days of receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

***If item was damaged during shipping it is purchasers responsibility to start a claim with USPS or carrier used. Once claim has started, please let us know and we will follow up with the carrier. NO refunds will be given until claim is filled with USPS or carrier. 


Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Cancellations 

You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel and request a refund. No refunds will be given after the 24 hours has passed. Our items are handmade and we try to begin that process at the 24 hour mark. No exceptions.
