FAQ'S

Do you ship outside of New Mexico? Yes, we ship outside of New Mexico, we ship the entire United States and outside of the United States.

Can your items be personalized? Several of our items can be personalized! Feel free to visit our sister company www.ordercrafted.com for all your personalization needs and wants!

Do you offer free shipping? As of right now we don't offer free shipping however watch for specials that offer free shipping!

Do you handmake all of your products? Some but not all of our products are handmade, we do work with manufacturers and wholesale companies. 

What are your hours? Our shop hours are M-F 10 to 6 and Saturday 11-2

Do you accept returns? We accept returns on our items within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and include original packaging. All returns are at our discretion. 

Do you give back? We actually donate two trees for each items we sell in our store or online to be planted. We offer this in every business that we own and both us and our customers enjoy knowing they are helping reforestation projects with every purchase.
